1) What is Amara Avenue?

Amara Avenue is an online clothing store for men and women, operated by RavenCom LLC (dba “Amara Avenue”).

2) Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD.

3) Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). PO Boxes are accepted via USPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4) What are your delivery times?

Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit: 5–8 business days once shipped.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce US (final delivery by USPS). Orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.

5) How much is shipping?

Free Standard Shipping on all US orders. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. No customs duties apply to domestic US deliveries.

6) Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes—within 24 hours of placing your order. Email info@amaraavenue.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours or once shipped, we can’t cancel or edit the address.

7) How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@amaraavenue.com within 14 days of delivery to request an RMA. Ship your return within 7 days of approval using a trackable service and include the RMA number. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

8) Who pays return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—then we cover the label.

9) What items are non-returnable?

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear/swimwear, earrings). Sets/bundles must be returned complete.

10) When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds post to your original payment method within up to 10 business days (your bank/card issuer may take additional days to post the credit).

11) How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

12) Why are your prices so fair?

We operate a direct-to-consumer model and keep operations lean, so we can price our products fairly without compromising on quality.

13) I didn’t receive my confirmation/tracking email.

Check Spam/Promotions. Still nothing? Email info@amaraavenue.com and we’ll resend it.

14) What if my package is lost or damaged?

Email info@amaraavenue.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.

15) Do you have subscriptions?

No. All purchases are one-time, unless a product page clearly states a subscription.
