Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day.

  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We use DHL as our trusted shipping partner.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
If you place multiple items in a single order, shipping remains free for all items.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
