At Amara Avenue, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return or exchange process that’s simple and transparent.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please contact us first at 📧 info@amaraavenue.com before sending any item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • You may be required to provide photos of the item to validate the return request.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Size Exchanges

We do offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customers must return the original item to our warehouse.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the new size (if available).

  • If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your original payment method.
